The aesthetic kidcore revolves around nostalgia (specifically late 80s, 90s, and some 2000s nostalgia) I love kidcore not because it’s a childhood I need to relive but because that aesthetic just genuinely makes me feel joyful and I love colorful stuff, and i love the style like overalls and rainbow clothes with rainbow accessories
